The principles of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights are entrenched in all of our operating policies and procedures. We regularly monitor compliance with these principles to ensure that our employees have suitable working conditions and that relations with local communities are based on respect and transparency.

Commitment to auditing, risk analysis and information accountability.

We systematically collect all material information from each project to carefully evaluate and monitor risks, opportunities and challenges. Next, we develop strategies for these issues and include them in our development plans. We report the results of our operations pursuant to the internationally recognized Canadian National Instrument NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

Engagement with nearby communities and other stakeholders.

We proactively identify all stakeholders and the issues that are important to them. Our planning and implementation are the result of open dialogue and are based on mutually pre-agreed conditions.
